We will not take payment if we are unable to supply the goods, we will let you know.
For all products up to a total of 5 items (if the items are individual threads we will adjust the shipping cost to properly reflect the cost of packaging and shipping):
Shipping within New Zealand is NZ$7.00
If you would like the goods couriered there will be an extra $3 charge
If you are on Rural Delivery, there will also be an extra amount charged of $3.90, this may be charged to your credit card separately.
If you want Saturday Courier delivery, there will be an extra $5 charge
Shipping to Australia and the South Pacific is NZ$16
Shipping to the Rest of the World is NZ$25
For larger numbers of items the shopping cart will calculate the shipping for you.
Your order will be shipped from New Zealand via NZ Post International Air. We try to ship worldwide within 3 business days upon payment, and items should take no longer than 4 weeks to arrive.
We are now tracking all items, so if you haven’t received your parcel in a reasonable time, please contact us.
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.
There are no shipping costs on Downloadable PDFs. You will need to select the right option in the shopping cart.
